Midtown Construction Update - SOUL Residences

Welcome to the March construction update for Soul Residences at Midtown MacPark.

It has been an exciting month at Midtown with the first settlements at MAC Residences and the first residents moving into the community! To mark this milestone, we have recorded a video update this month. Take a look around Midtown and hear the latest news from our Development Director, Scott Clohessy.

Settlement Forecast

We currently anticipate settlements of Soul Residences to commence in May 2024. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays and receipt of title registration and the occupation certificate.

As we get closer to completion, we will provide you with further information and schedules for the key steps prior to settlement, in particular the valuation appointments and the pre-settlement inspections. Please note, your actual settlement date will only be confirmed once we issue notice to your legal representative.
