We are excited to inform you that the countdown is nearly over!

With the first phase of settlements at Soul Residences commencing from 28th May 2024, you will soon be picking up the keys to your new home! In preparing of upcoming settlement, we’ve gathered some useful information to assist you as you prepare to settle and move into your new home. YOUR MOVE-IN GUIDE

Book your key handover

Your key handover will be available between between 8am-5pm, from Monday to Sunday (except public holidays), at the Midtown Sales and Display Centre, located at 1 Ivanhoe Place, Macquarie Park NSW 2113.

To ensure a smooth handover, we kindly request that you schedule your Key Handover appointment after receiving the confirmation of settlement from your legal representative. Please note that you will be required to present the key release form issued by your legal representative, and a form of valid identification at the time of key collection.

Please contact your legal representative to confirm the scheduled time for settlement.

If you are unable to attend your Key Handover, you may nominate someone else to collect your keys, remotes, and gift. Please email customercareNSW@frasersproperty.com.au with the details of your nominated person, including their full name, phone number, and email address.

Book your move-in

Once you have the key to your new home, please follow the steps and instructions provided below to book your move in for a seamless experience.

  1. Please complete the “New Resident Form”.
  2. Please complete the “Move-in/out Form” nominating preferred date/time.
  3. Please note time slots for moving will be strictly enforced. Please ensure you prioritise unloading the truck within your allocated time.
  4. For any deliveries from retailers (furniture, fridges etc.), booking is not required. These items can be delivered to the street adjacent to the driveway and then wheeled in through the loading dock.

Meet your Building Manager

We are excited to introduce Jack Lynch, your building manager at Soul Residences. Jack will be your first point of contact regarding building operations, maintenance, and adherence to by-laws. He is here to help you settle in and answer any questions you might have.
