Midtown Construction Update - SOUL Residences

Welcome to the May construction update for Soul Residences at Midtown MacPark.

We are delighted to confirm that we have now received the title registration for Soul Residences, and that the first settlement notices have been issued. We are only days away from welcoming our first residents!

Pre-Settlement Inspections

Customer inspections are underway. Subject to individual apartments, we will issue an invitation with book instructions as soon as your apartment is ready. If you have not yet booked in your inspection or would like to check on the status of your apartment, please contact your customer care representative.

Valuation Appointments

Valuation inspections are also well underway. Instruction to book your valuation appointment have been sent to you in a seperate email. If your financial provider hasn't booked the valuation, it is important to shceudle the appointment as soon as possible.

Settlement Timing

Settlements of Soul Residences have commenced and will run into early June (subject to the individual apartments). Please note, your actual settlement date will only be confirmed once we issue notice to your legal representative.
