Valuation Invitation | Soul Residences

Valuation appointments commencing from 8th April 2024.

As we move closer to your settlement currently expected in May 2024, we are pleased to advise that the booking for valuation appointments for Soul Residences at Midtown MacPark will now commence from from 8th April 2024 and be available up until settlement.

You will receive booking instructions in a separate email to share with your financial provider once your properties become available. They can then schedule an independent valuation appointment for your properties using the booking method provided in the email. Once the valuation is complete, your lender can proceed with finalising your loan for settlement.

Important Information

The valuation appointment has an allocated time of 15 minutes to value your property. We will meet your valuer at Midtown Sales and Display Centre.

• Midtown MacPark Valuation Information Pack will be provided to your valuer to ensure they have all the necessary information.
• As the site is under construction, steel cap boots must be worn. Heels or open-toe shoes are not permitted on-site.
• Valuers will be required to book their appointments at least 48 hours in advance.

Finalising your Financial Arrangements

If finance is required for your upcoming settlement, please contact your financial provider to complete a loan application.
