Midtown Construction Update - SOUL Residences

We are delighted to bring you our first construction update for 2023 for Soul Residences at Midtown MacPark.

Soul Residences

The site was quickly back up to speed after the holiday shutdown and we have already seen some significant progress. The lift core has now reached level 10-11 and the level 6 slab has been poured. On level 1, the upper ground, and the lower ground levels there are internal wall framing and services installation works in progress.

We currently anticipate completion of Soul Residences to occur in the first quarter of 2024. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays and receipt of title registration and the occupation certificate.

Midtown Community Garden is now Open!

The community garden at Midtown is now open to the former, future and surrounding residents of Midtown to come together and learn how to grow and use edible plants. Meet Join Ailee from The Royal Botanic Garden's Community Greening Program each month as she shares her expertise with residents answering questions and garden care tips.
