Midtown Construction Update - SOUL Residences

The fair weather has allowed from some good progress this month. The lift cores of the towers have now reached level 8-9 and works are underway to install the level 3 precast façade panels, which can be seen in the picture below.

Formwork installation and decking on level 4 is underway and on the lower ground level the first stages of services (plumbing, electrical) installation is in progress. Next month we’ll bring you another video from the team onsite to close out the year!

We currently anticipate completion of Soul Residences to occur in the first quarter of 2024. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays and receipt of title registration and occupation certificate.
