Midtown Construction Update - SOUL Residences

It's been another busy month onsite! The structure of the tower continues to rise with the Upper Ground Level slab pour now complete. This has allowed the concrete pre-cast panels to be placed on this level with the double height panels now reaching the Level 2 slab height. Formwork has continued to the concrete slab on Level 1 and the first concrete pour on this level was completed this week. Works are ongoing in the basement levels and the installation of services will commence soon. Stripping of the formwork is now underway on Basement Level 1 & 2. Also this month has seen the installation of the concrete boom pumps that will help to serve the higher levels of the tower during future concrete pours.

In the first picture below you can even see some of the building facade panels in place. We look forward to seeing Soul Residences reach new heights in the coming months!

We currently anticipate completion of Soul Residences to occur in the first quarter of 2024. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays and receipt of title registration and occupation certificates.
