Ed.Square Construction Update - Arlington Apartments

We are pleased to bring you our next construction update for your new apartment in The Arlington at Ed.Square.

Construction of The Arlington continues to progress well with external framing and façade installation now underway. The internal sheeting is also in progress throughout the building.

During February we marked a significant construction milestone with the official topping out ceremony. It was exciting to celebrate this exciting milestone together with our building partner, Binah, the Mayor of Liverpool City Council, Ned Mannoun, and representatives from the Property Council of Western Sydney.

Based on the current program, it is anticipated that construction completion and settlements will occur in the 4th Quarter of 2024.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current construction program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
