Ed.Square Construction Update - Arlington Apartments

We are pleased to bring you our next construction update for your new apartment in The Arlington at Ed.Square.

Construction of The Arlington continues to progress well with kitchen and bathroom joinery continuing up to level 7. With waterproofing now complete we have seen tiling works progress well. Scaffold removal is underway on both The Arlington and The Clifton, which is an exciting milestone. The installation of the landscaping structure on The Clifton rooftop terrace is nearing completion.

Settlement Update

Based on the current program, it is anticipated that construction completion will occur in Dec 2024/Jan 2025.
