Ed.Square Construction Update - Arlington Apartments

We are pleased to bring you our next construction update for your new apartment in The Arlington at Ed.Square.

Construction of The Arlington continues to progress well with windows, glazing and external framing nearing completion. The internal and external waterproofing is continuing to progress well. We are excited to see that the joinery installation has now commenced. Another big milestone was reached with the lift installation in The Arlington now complete!

Settlement Update

Based on the current program, it is anticipated that construction completion and settlements will occur in the 4th Quarter of 2024.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current construction program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
