Ed.Square Construction Update - Arlington Apartments

We are pleased to bring you our next construction update for your new apartment in The Arlington at Ed.Square.

Construction of The Arlington continues to progress well with the windows, glazing and external framing works now complete. This has allowed the first scaffold to be removed from The Clifton and reveal an exciting new glimpse of the facade. The scaffold removal for the Arlington will follow soon. Joinery installation is well underway up to level 4. The internal and external waterproofing is nearing completion. The landscaping structure installation to the rooftop terrace of The Clifton is now in progress.

Settlement Update

Based on the current program, it is anticipated that construction completion and settlements will occur in the 4th Quarter of 2024.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current construction program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
