Ed.Square Construction Update - Arlington Apartments

We are pleased to bring you our next construction update for your new apartment in The Arlington at Ed.Square.

Construction of The Arlington continues to progress well. Internally, installation of benchtops and appliances is nearing completion, with carpets going in on the upper levels. The Quality Assurance Team have continued to inspect apartments in preparation for upcoming pre-settlement inspections. We are excited to share that the landscaping works on The Clifton rooftop terrace are now complete.

Based on the current program, it is anticipated that construction completion will occur in December 2024.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current construction program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there may be movement in these dates due to unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
