Ed.Square Construction Update - Arlington Apartments

We are pleased to bring you our next construction update for your new apartment in The Arlington at Ed.Square.

Construction of The Arlington continues to progress well with the scaffold dismantling nearing completion. Internally, kitchen joinery installation is underway up to level 10 and benchtop installation is underway up to level 7. The installation of the basement storage cages is well underway now. It's also exciting to see that the landscaping works on The Clifton rooftop terrace is advancing well.

Settlement Update

Based on the current program, it is anticipated that construction completion will occur in December 2024.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current construction program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there may be movement in these dates due to unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
