Ed.Square Construction Update - Arlington Apartments

We are pleased to bring you the first construction update for your new apartment here in The Arlington at Ed.Square for 2024.

Construction of The Arlington reached a significant milestone with the final concrete pours occurring in December, meaning that the structure is now complete! An olive tree Topping Out Ceremony will be held with the Liverpool Mayor later this month. The architectural construction certificate documentation has been approved with services and internal framing installation now underway.

Based on the current program, it is anticipated that construction completion and settlements will occur in the 4th Quarter of 2024.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current construction program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
