Ed.Square Construction Update - Clifton Apartments

We are pleased to bring you the final construction update for your new apartment here in The Clifton at Ed.Square for 2023.

Construction of The Clifton has achieved a significant milestone since our last update, the final slabs have been poured for the structure! The architectural construction certificate documentation has been approved, with services and internal framing installation now underway.

Based on the current program, it is anticipated that construction completion and settlements will occur in the 4th Quarter of 2024.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current construction program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.

Over the holiday season construction activity will cease with trades returning mid-January. Our next update to you will be in February 2024. On behalf of the team here at Ed.Square I would like to wish you a safe and happy holiday season.
