Ed.Square Construction Update - Clifton Apartments

We are pleased to bring you our next construction update for your new apartment in The Clifton at Ed.Square.

Construction of The Clifton continues to progress well with the scaffold dismantling nearing completion. Internally, kitchen joinery and benchtops are underway on level 5. The installation of the basement storage cages is well underway now. The landscaping works on The Clifton rooftop terrace is advancing well.

Settlement Update

It is currently anticipated that your new home will be completed in Nov/Dec 2024.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current construction program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a high-quality outcome. From time to time, there may be movement in these dates due to unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
