Prepare your finance

Consult your bank or financial lender to prepare your loan approval now.

Get your property valued

Valuation appointments commence throughout October 2024. Booking instructions will be sent to pass on to your financial provider when your property is ready.

Inspect your future home

Attend your pre-settlement inspection to inspect the quality of your future property. Inspections will commence from October 2024. You will receive instructions on how to book your inspection.

Get ready for settlement

Once the title is registered and Certificate of Occupancy is received, we will confirm your settlement date with your legal representative.
