Ed.Square Construction Update - Clifton Apartments

We are pleased to bring you our next construction update for your new apartment in The Clifton at Ed.Square.

Construction of The Clifton continues to progress well with kitchen and bathroom joinery continuing up to level 5. With waterproofing now complete we have seen tiling works progress well. Scaffold removal is underway on both The Clifton and The Arlington, which is an exciting milestone. The installation of the landscaping structure on The Clifton rooftop terrace is nearing completion.

Settlement Update

It is currently anticipated that your new home will be completed in Nov/Dec 2024.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current construction program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a high-quality outcome. From time to time, there may be movement in these dates due to unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
