Ed.Square Construction Update - Clifton Apartments

We are pleased to bring you our next construction update for your new apartment in The Clifton at Ed.Square.

Construction of The Clifton continues to progress well with joinery installation now commenced. The windows, glazing and external framing works are nearing completion. The internal and external waterproofing is continuing to progress well.

Settlement Update

Based on the current program, it is anticipated that construction completion and settlements will occur in the 4th Quarter of 2024.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current construction program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
