Ed.Square Construction Update - Clifton Apartments

We are pleased to bring you our next construction update for your new apartment in The Clifton at Ed.Square.

Construction of The Clifton continues to progress well. Internally, kitchen appliance installation is nearing completion. The Quality Assurance Team have continued to inspect apartments in preparation for upcoming pre-settlement inspections. The builders have now moved some focus to the common areas such as the lobby and corridors, to install lighting and carpet, and undertake painting. The landscaping works on The Clifton rooftop terrace is now complete.

It is currently anticipated that your new home will be completed in November / December 2024.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current construction program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a high-quality outcome. From time to time, there may be movement in these dates due to unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
