Ed.Square Construction Update - Clifton Apartments

We are pleased to bring you the next construction update for your new apartment here in The Clifton at Ed.Square.

It has been great to see Binah establishing themselves on-site. Binah will start to commence early works in the next 2 weeks, and continue until late June.

The early works construction certificate has been approved and Binah are continuing to work on finalising the remaining structural construction certificates.

Based on the current program, it is anticipated that construction completion and settlements would occur in the 4th Quarter of 2024.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current construction program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
