Ed.Square Construction Update - Arlington Apartments

We are pleased to bring you the next construction update for your new apartment here in The Arlington at Ed.Square.

We are happy to advise that the construction certificate for early works has now been approved and we expect the structural construction certificates to be approved later this month.

Binah has commenced their site establishment with early works to commence by the end of this month.

Based on the current program, it is anticipated that construction completion and settlements would occur in the 4th Quarter of 2024.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current construction program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
