Ed.Square Construction Update - Chelsea Pocket Block D

We are pleased to bring you an update on your home in Chelsea Pocket Block 3.

Internal and external works have continued to progress on these homes recently, and we are excited to advise that the strata plan for this block of townhomes has been registered, which means we are one step closer to settlement of your new home. Electrical services including appliance and air conditioning commissioning is currently underway.

Lots 12001-12012: We are pleased to see pre-settlement inspections for these homes near completion, in preparation for settlement notices to be issued upon receipt of the occupation certificate.

Lots 12013-12024: We have recently seen the completion of the paving of Alliot Mews, with the landscaping works now nearing completion. The Quality Assurance inspections are now underway so that final touch ups can be undertaken in preparation for pre-settlement inspections to occur.

Based on the current construction program, inspections to lots 12013-12024 are commencing in the coming fortnight with Carnegie Street settlements forecast to commence by the end of March 2023.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
