Ed.Square Construction Update - Chelsea Pocket Block D

The first half of 2022 has been an exciting time for Ed, watch our latest project update video above, to find out what's new and coming over the next few months. In addition to the great progress at Ed.Square we are pleased to provide you with an update on your new Chelsea Pocket home below.

Block 1 Townhomes

Lots 12085-12096: The western wing structure is now complete with the facade installation now well underway. Roughing in of services is also well advanced.

Lots 12097-12108: Eastern wing framing and roofing is now complete, with window and cladding installation to commence any day now.

Block 3 Townhomes

Lots 12001-12012: Eastern wing brickwork installation to ground floor planters is well underway. Internally, shower screen install is taking place along with the fitting off of plumbing and electrical.

Lots 12013-12024: Western wing scaffolding is being dismantled and is almost down. Internal lining has now been completed, with kitchen install and waterproofing to wet areas nearing completion in order for internal tiling to commence.

Below outlines the anticipated completion times for homes within Chelsea Pocket:

Block 1: Based on the current construction program, inspections are forecast to commence in late January 2023 with settlements forecast to commence in February 2023.

Block 3: Based on the current construction program, inspections are forecast to commence in November 2022 with settlements forecast to commence in December 2022.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
