Ed.Square Construction Update - Chelsea Pocket Block D

Due to the ongoing weather events experienced this year, we are writing to inform you there has been a shift in settlement anticipation for homes in Chelsea Pocket Block 3. 

Although the internal fit outs are well on-track and nearing completion, with the persistent rain, the ability to complete the external works as scheduled has been impacted. 

To enable our construction teams to undertake the waterproofing to the rear courtyards and complete landscaping, long periods of dry weather is required. 

The team have reviewed the program and have made the difficult decision to push out the planned settlement date to the new year to ensure the best quality outcome for your home. 

It is now anticipated that pre-settlement inspections will occur in December 2022, with settlement commencing in late January 2023. 

We understand this may cause frustration given the time of year, and we appreciate your understanding. Our teams are dedicated to delivering your home to the highest of standards.
