Ed.Square Construction Update - Chelsea Pocket Block D

Welcome to the final 2022 construction update for your new Chelsea Pocket home, here at Ed.Square.

Ed.Square has strongly established itself as a place of excellence to live, play and put down roots, with a series of major milestones achieved with a range of events taking place.

The video below wraps up 2022 for Ed. and the community that has blossomed over the year.

 

Block 1 Townhomes 

Lots 12085-12096: We are excited to see the scaffold has now come down to the western wing to reveal their new facades. The new view from the park has certainly changed. Internally, kitchen and stair installation are nearing completion, with tiling to be continued.

Lots 12097-12108: The eastern wing facade installation is nearing completion and we anticipate that the scaffold will come down before the Christmas break. Internal fit out works including kitchen installation are continuing.

Block 3 Townhomes 

Lots 12001-12012: Eastern wing internal quality inspections are in progress. The rear courtyard tiling is now complete along with fencing and plants to the planter boxes. Footpaths to Carnegie Street have been formed ready for the concrete pours to occur early next week. Preparation for front courtyard paving has commenced.

Lots 12013-12024: Western wing internal quality inspections have commenced. The rear courtyard tiling is now complete along with fencing and plants to the planter boxes. Preparation for front courtyard paving has commenced.

Below outlines the anticipated completion times for homes within Chelsea Pocket:

Block 1: Based on the current construction program, inspections are forecast to commence in February 2023 with settlements forecast to commence in March 2023.

Block 3: Based on the current construction program, inspections have unfortunately been pushed out to commence in January 2023 with settlements forecast to commence by early February 2023.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.

Our Prosperity Care Team will be taking a break from Thursday 22 December, returning on Monday 9 January 2023.
