Ed.Square Construction Update - Chelsea Pocket Block D

We are pleased to bring you an update on your home in Chelsea Pocket Block 3.

Internal and external works have continued to progress on these homes recently, and we are excited to advise that the strata plan for this block of townhomes has been registered, meaning that we are one step closer to settlement of your new home. Electrical services including appliance and air conditioning commissioning is currently underway.

Lots 12001-12012: We have seen the works to the front of these homes progress well, with front courtyard paving and landscaping nearing completion and the front fences installed. Internally, final touch ups and quality assurance inspections are taking place for pre-settlement inspections to commence. You will hear from the team shortly if you haven’t already.

Lots 12013-12024: With quality assurance inspection underway to the internal of these homes, we have seen the team working hard on the external elements. The front fences have been installed, with landscaping and front courtyard paving nearing completion.

Based on the current construction program, inspections are commencing by the end of February 2023 with settlements forecast to commence in March 2023.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
