Ed.Square Construction Update - Chelsea Pocket Block C North

We are pleased to update you on the progress of your new home in Chelsea Pocket at Ed.Square.

Block 1 Townhomes 
Lots 12085-12096: The western wing facade installation is continuing with internal linings nearing completion. The kitchen and stair installation works have now commenced.
Lots 12097-12108: Eastern wing framing, roofing and services rough in are complete, with quality inspections now underway for internal linings to commence over the next week. Facade installation works have now commenced.

Block 3 Townhomes 
Lots 12001-12012: Eastern wing internal fit offs are nearing completion and the carpet installation is now complete. Brickwork to the planters continue along with works to the front retaining walls.
Lots 12013-12024: Western wing internal tiling is continuing with the team doing preparation works for the carpet installation to commence.

Below outlines the anticipated completion times for homes within Chelsea Pocket:
Block 1: Based on the current construction program, inspections are forecast to commence in late January 2023 with settlements forecast to commence in February 2023.
Block 3: Based on the current construction program, inspections are forecast to commence in November 2022 with settlements forecast to commence in December 2022.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
