Ed.Square Construction Update - Chelsea Pocket Block C North

We are pleased to bring you an update on your home in Chelsea Pocket Block 1.

Prior to shut down we saw the scaffold come down to both sides of the building which has seen additional external works commence with internal works continuing.

Lots 12085-12096: We have seen internal have seen carpeting installation is nearing completion with tiling well advanced, with final fix off commencing in the coming week.

Lots 12097-12108: With the scaffold down, we have seen works commence to the external progress with the front retaining walls for the front courtyards commence. At the completion of these works, the paving to the Mews will commence. Internally tiling is well underway to these homes.

Based on the current construction program, inspections are forecast to commence in early April 2023 with settlements forecast to commence in late April through to early May 2023.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
