Ed.Square Construction Update - Chelsea Pocket Block C North

We are pleased to bring you an update on your home in Chelsea Pocket Block 1.

Prior to shut down we saw the scaffold come down to both sides of the building which has seen additional external works commence with internal works continuing.

Lots 12085-12096: Internally, plaster patching is complete, and painters have commenced final painting coats. Waterproofing to the rear podium terraces is underway but has been impacted by the recent wet weather we have been experiencing. Front yard are set up for the bricklayers to complete their final works prior to the landscapers starting.

Lots 12085 -12096: Works to the front courtyards is progressing well and paving to steps have commenced. Internally, fit off is nearing completion and quality assurance inspections have commenced. Waterproofing to the rear podium terraces is underway but has been impacted by the recent wet weather we have been experiencing.

Based on the current construction program, inspections are forecast to commence by mid-May 2023 with settlements forecast to commence from late-May 2023.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
