We are pleased to bring you an update on your home in Chelsea Pocket Block 1.

Block 1 parkside facade

Lots 12097-12108: Internally, quality assurance inspection items are being closed out in anticipation of pre-settlement inspections to occur. Tiling and fencing to the podium courtyards are now complete. Hardscape works to front yards are currently underway.

Lots 12085 -12096: Internally, painters have commenced final painting coats and quality assurance inspections are well underway. Internal cleans have commenced. Tiling and fencing to the podium courtyards are now complete. Hardscape works to front yards are currently underway.

Based on the current construction program, inspections are forecast to commence mid-June 2023, please expect a call shortly to arrange yours, with settlements forecast to commence in late June 2023.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
