Ed.Square Construction Update - Chelsea Pocket Block C North

We are pleased to bring you an update on your home in Chelsea Pocket Block 1.

Prior to shut down we saw the scaffold come down to both sides of the building which has seen additional external works commence with internal works continuing.

Lots 12085-12096: Internally, checks are underway for final painting works to commence. Works to the rear courtyards are underway with arbor installation, planter boxes and fence post installation currently underway. Bricklayers will soon start works to bin bays and associated works.

Lots 12097-12108: Works to the front courtyards are progressing well with paving to front steps underway. Internally, tiling is nearing completion. Soon we will see our Quality Assurance inspections commence.

Based on the current construction program, inspections are forecast to commence by mid-April 2023 with settlements forecast to commence in May 2023.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
