Ed.Square Construction Update - Chelsea Pocket Block C North

We are pleased to bring you an update on your home in Chelsea Pocket Block 1.

Recent sunny days allowed some of the external works to occur, which led to great progress on the homes.

Block 1 Courtyard

Lots 12097-12108: Internally, painters have commenced final painting coats and quality assurance inspections are well underway. Internal cleans have commenced. Waterproofing to the rear podium terraces is complete, with the paving now nearing completion and fence installation commencing. Brickwork for the front fences and bin bays is nearing completion, allowing the front paving and landscaping to commence soon.

Block 1 Internal

Lots 12085 -12096: Internally, painters have commenced final painting coats and quality assurance inspections are well underway. Internal cleans have commenced. Waterproofing to the rear podium terraces is complete, with the paving now nearing completion with fence installation commencing. Bricklayers are nearing completion.

Based on the current construction program, inspections are forecast to commence around mid-May 2023 with settlements forecast to commence in early June 2023.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
