Botanica Construction Update - The Mews

Welcome to your February construction update from The Mews at Botanica.

Site Update

The Mews Project Team has returned to site from the new year break and made some great progress – passersby will be able to see their homes taking shape from Weeroona Road.

8 of the 12 lots now have their ground floor framing installed, along with common walls. The first-floor works started in early February, with keen observers being able to see the framing supports being fixed in place, a key milestone for the project.

The program ahead will see much more visual progress from the surround streets, we’re excited to see these homes starting to take shape.

Settlement Forecast

We are currently forecasting The Mews for completion and settlement by the second half of 2025. This forecast is subject to weather delays, general construction progress, and receipt of the title registration and occupation certificates.
