Botanica Construction Update - The Mews

Welcome to your first monthly construction update from The Mews at Botanica. Each month we will bring you a summary of progress onsite, along with some photos and other useful information. Site Update

Infrastructure civil works are underway onsite with the preparatory ground works, along with the provision of services (for example, water, electricity, sewers and telecommunications). These works are forecast for completion in August this year. Our builder is scheduled to commence on site in September. As you can see in the photos, we are well underway!

Settlement Forecast

We are currently forecasting The Mews for completion and settlement by the second half of 2025. This forecast is subject to weather delays, general construction progress, and receipt of the title registration and occupation certificates.
