Botanica Construction Update - The Mews

Welcome to your December construction update from The Mews at Botanica.

Site Update

We saw some excellent construction progress over the last month, with the slab for the first set of houses successfully completed and frames already taking shape. The next two slabs are well advanced in being set-out and we’re looking forward to closing out 2024, with all three slabs poured, ready for framing.

Keen local observers will have been able to see the progress of the retaining wall around the boundary of the site, feature fence works to come soon!

Our next construction update will be issued in February 2025 after the summer break. Please note, our office will be closed from 21st December through to the 5th January inclusive.

Settlement Forecast

We are currently forecasting The Mews for completion and settlement by the second half of 2025. This forecast is subject to weather delays, general construction progress, and receipt of the title registration and occupation certificates.
