Botanica Construction Update - The Mews

Welcome to your October construction update from The Mews at Botanica.

Site Update

We are pleased to report that the team is expecting the residential homes construction certificate to be issued shortly, which will be an important milestone for the development of the new homes.

Works is progressing well with foundations being laid for the retaining wall, preparing the base for the feature fence around the perimeter of the site.

Over the coming weeks, you will see an increased construction presence on the site, as the construction phase moves into the service provisioning of the homes, in a lead up to the concrete slabs being poured for each home.

Settlement Forecast

We are currently forecasting The Mews for completion and settlement by the second half of 2025. This forecast is subject to weather delays, general construction progress, and receipt of the title registration and occupation certificates.
