Botanica Construction Update - The Mews

Welcome to your November construction update from The Mews at Botanica.

Site Update

It has been a busy month onsite, and despite some rain delays, important progress has been made.

The provision of services (water, electricity, gas, NBN, sewer, stormwater) has been completed. As you can see in the drone photo, the blockwork has commenced for the retaining walls. The coming month should see a very exciting milestone with the pouring of the first concrete slab.

Settlement Forecast

We are currently forecasting The Mews for completion and settlement by the second half of 2025. This forecast is subject to weather delays, general construction progress, and receipt of the title registration and occupation certificates.
