Botanica Construction Update - The Mews

Welcome to your September construction update from The Mews at Botanica.

Site Update

We were very excited to see Patterson Building Group arrive onsite this month! They have placed their temporary construction sheds ready to commence the building of the 12 new townhouses and landscaped areas. Soon we will see the construction of the retaining wall along Weeroona Road.

Settlement Forecast

We are currently forecasting The Mews for completion and settlement by the second half of 2025. This forecast is subject to weather delays, general construction progress, and receipt of the title registration and occupation certificates.
