Construction Update October 2022

We're excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you're up to date with the development of your new community.

Welcome to the latest Wallara Waters Construction Update. 

Stage 16 bulk earthworks are now completed. Sewer reticulation is complete and drainage works are underway, with completion anticipated in mid November 2022.

Road pavements have been excavated and stabilisation of subgrade for construction will commence following completion of drainage works. Pavements should be ready to start construction in middle to late November 2022.

Stage 22 Council design approval is anticipated for middle of November 2022. Bulk earthworks has been progressing but extremely wet site conditions are limiting progress.  Sewer reticulation and drainage works are anticipated to commence pre-Christmas 2022, if site conditions permit.
