Construction Update June 2022

We're excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you're up to date with the development of your new community.

Welcome to the latest Wallara Waters Construction Update. 

Civil construction works on Stage 15 are very close to completion, with all services now installed, and testing and commissioning to be finalised over coming weeks. Completion of road pavements will be undertaken this month, along with pouring of driveways and footpaths.

Naturestrip topsoiling will follow, and a streetscapes landscaping contract is in the process of being awarded, with works to commence from mid-2022.

Bulk earthworks on Stage 16 are now underway after a brief delay due to statutory and authority approvals and associated geotechnical engineering sign-offs.
