Following approval of our Mambourin Retail Masterplan, we’re excited to announce that construction has begun for Stage 1 of our major retail precinct in the Mambourin Town Centre. Mambourin Marketplace will include a Coles supermarket, medical precinct, pharmacy and 29 specialty stores ranging from fresh food grocers to large restaurants, cafes and more.

It was a tight competition, but we have selected our winners for the Light Up Mambourin competition. With a full night of judging that kept our team trawling the lights displays until after 11pm, we would like to congratulate the following homes with their impressive Christmas spirit: 1st – 1 Ruthven Way ($600 prize) 2nd – 45 Shoal Circuit ($300 prize) 3rd – 74 Heidelberg Street ($100 prize). Thank you to everyone who took the time and effort to light up their home and add to the community Christmas spirit. 🎄🎅 What a great morning! 🎅🎄 The Mambourin Christmas Party hosted at the Mambourin Residents' Club was an absolute blast! 🎉✨ Our community came together to celebrate with so much holiday cheer. From the fun photobooth, DJ beats, and karaoke, to mini golf, face painting, a petting zoo, and delicious treats — there was something for everyone to enjoy. And of course, the highlight of the day… a special visit from Santa Claus himself! Thank you to everyone who joined in the festivities. It was a wonderful way to celebrate together

🌟 Our final Meet Your Neighbour event for 2024 was truly special! It was an exciting day for the new residents of stages 20, 21, and 22 to meet their future neighbours and start building connections. From sweet treats and coffee to kids' crafts and face painting, the event was filled with smiles and laughter, bringing our community closer together. A big thank you to everyone who joined us and made it a fantastic way to wrap up the year.

Not long now and the Mambourin Campus of Good News Lutheran College, Tarneit will open! Located at the corner of Plane Avenue and Barrabool Boulevard, directly opposite Barrabool Park and within our thriving Town Centre, the campus will be surrounded by childcare, proposed shops, a community centre and library — making it the perfect place for learning and growth. We’re excited to see this fantastic addition to our community come to life in 2025.
