Spring has finally arrived at Five Farms, and we’re excited to share some key updates on our community projects. The Allendale Residents’ Club is on track to open in November, with roofing and internal plastering completed. Work is ramping up as we prepare for pool installation and landscaping in the coming weeks. Additionally, we’re thrilled to announce that Hardys Rd is now open, providing residents with a safer and more efficient route.
Over at St Josephine Bakhita Primary School, Stage 1 is progressing smoothly and is expected to be completed by late November. The school recently held its first ‘Meet and Greet’ event, introducing families to Mrs. Kathryn Pepper, the newly appointed foundation principal. With limited spots available for the 2025 school year, we encourage interested families to reach out for enrolment information.
In the Wirrinda neighbourhood, construction of Stage 26 is on track. The sub-base pavement and water mains have been completed, allowing the team to begin trenching for electrical cable installation. Settlement is anticipated in Q1 2025.
Exciting times are ahead as our community continues to grow!
