We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress
We are pleased to advise that the works over the desalination pipeline are complete, together with most of the works on Bells Road. The Bells Road/Hardys Road intersection is also progressing well, and the eastern leg of the intersection is now under construction. These works are scheduled to be completed by the end of December 2022.
The external sewer is now 60% complete and our next milestone will be boring 410m of pipeline. Currently, the pipes are being shipped to Australia with a delivery date of late-November. This is later than previously anticipated, so we are working closely with our civil contractor and the relevant authority to attempt to mitigate any delays.
Stage 1 & 3 works are almost complete and the last section of Borthwick Parade is progressing well, with the water main and electrical cables now installed. Stage 4 works are progressing well, with the water mains, kerb, and pavement rock all now installed. While in Stage 5 & 6 , sewers and drains are almost complete, with water mains to commence soon. Finally, Stage 8 works are well underway, with the installation of sewer mains completed.
