We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress
While there has been a delay in receiving the approvals to work over the Victorian Desalination Pipeline Easement, we have been able to work on other areas of Bells Road. We have been focusing on the Bells Road/Hardys Road intersection and installation of light poles to Bells Road.
We are now expecting the approvals to work over the Victorian Desalination Pipeline in August, with works to commence by the end of August or early September. The outfall sewer has commenced and is progressing well. Both Bells Road and the outfall sewer are expected to be completed by the end of the year.
The winter wet weather has caused some challenges on site, however works on all stages are progressing well.
