Project Update June 2024
The first half of 2024 has been busy for the Five Farms team. Watch the full update to find out more about significant progress in infrastructure and community development.
- Construction is progressing well at Allendale Residents’ Club, with the steel framing and gym roofing completed, and pool and spa poured.
- Final stages of Hardys Rd are nearing completion, promising improved accessibility to Five Farms.
- St Josephine Bakhita Primary School is also making significant progress with framing and roofing now complete.
We are thrilled to report the progress made on key amenities at Five Farms, including Allendale Residents’ Club, St Josephine Bahkita Primary School and important infrastructure works on Hardys Rd and the Bells Rd extension through Berwick Waters.
Settlements in Stages 24 and 25 in the Littlecroft neighbourhood are now underway.
