A new kind of sanctuary

At the top of Littlecroft, you’ll find Allendale Residents’ Club. Named after the farmers who once occupied the site, Allendale Residents’ Club will enrich everyone’s lives here.

Exclusive to Five Farms residents, it’s a place where your family can foster the connections with friends and soon-to-be neighbours that makes life here all the more meaningful. That sense of community is something we can all take pride in.

The Five Farms Owners Corporation was established when Frasers Property Australia developed the land into multiple lots that share common property. That means every buyer at Five Farms automatically becomes a member of this governing body.

It will help us make decisions that best manage and administer common areas. It also ensures these amenities are kept to a high standard through the regulation of rules required to manage the property.
