Community Fitness Classes

Our weekly yoga sessions at Hamilton Reach have been a lovely way for neighbours to connect, but they will no longer be available as a free community initiative in 2025. Over the past year, many enjoyed the opportunity to join our resident Yoga instructor, Greg Cawley, for a mindful morning at Northshore Riverside Park each Tuesday. Greg, a passionate teacher, author, and the founder of BrikMan Yoga, shared his deep belief in the physical and mental benefits of yoga, hoping to show everyone that learning to bend can help prevent breaking. The peaceful river backdrop made each session a special experience for those who attended.

After giving careful thought to various days, times, and class formats, we’ve decided to pause the fitness sessions at Hamilton Reach. If you'd like to continue your yoga journey in 2025, we encourage you to get in touch with Greg to explore other options that may be available.
