A 'Live Different' Sanctuary
Beyond the design of individual homes and apartments that make up the community of Hamilton Reach, considerable thought has also been given to the masterplan as a whole in order to ensure that the community has an overarching feeling of harmony and tranquillity. View lines to the riverfront, walkability through precincts, architectural diversity and landscaped parklands are all key guiding principles for this 'Live Different' community. It's a level of care and consideration that ensure the project is as highly commended by its residents as it is by the industry bodies that have bestowed numerous awards on this idyllic riverside community.
Our vision
"From the beginning, our vision for Hamilton Reach has always been to deliver a design-driven community that succeeds at connecting residents to their environment and each other through meticulous planning and considered placemaking."

Parklands
Beautifully nestled amongst 2.5 hectares of pristine parkland, Hamilton Reach offers space to breathe. It's expansive and natural surrounds invite relaxation and active pursuits, with free fitness classes on offer twice weekly, nature play and a dedicated playground for our younger residents and visitors.
Beachfront in the city
Northshore Riverside Park is a beautifully planned, public green space that boasts one of Brisbane's rare 'beaches' with it's very own sandy strip, perfect for a day of sandcastle building. Neighbouring the beach is the Riva Cafe and the pirate-themed playground at Northshore Riverside Park - all on your doorstep at Hamilton Reach.
Active living
The Hamilton Reach neighbourhood is home to a world of opportunity to re-energise and rejuvenate. A kayak on the river, morning exercise along the River Walk, access to over 14km of integrated cycle track, a game of tennis or a free fitness session in the park. It's a place of grand pursuits in the great outdoors.
A day on the river
From the riverfront vantage point in Hamilton, residents enjoy a morning walk or cycle along the 550m of River Walk, a front row seat to enjoy annual rowing regattas, an early evening kayak on the river, or a stroll along one of Brisbane’s only inner-city beaches. Absolute riverfront living in Hamilton is a privilege reserved for the fortunate few.
Hamilton Reach residences

Frasers Property acquired the Hamilton Reach site in 2010 and within two years, 12 luxury Rothelowman-designed homes were built, with the very first residents moving in late 2012. Today, 11 stages later, this tight-knit community is home to 1100 residents, with freehold homes, terraces, and apartments set amongst a verdant oasis of parks, gardens, and waterfront landscape.
