About the Classes
Live Life Get Active offers a free fitness camp to all members of the public. The sessions are funded by Frasers Property and haven been running since July 2016.
Where: Northshore Riverside Park (near the tennis courts at the entrance of Eat Street)
When: Sessions run for 45 minutes from 6am every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday during school terms.

Weekly Schedule
Active Boxing
This is a pair-based routine, where you follow drills and combinations provided to you by a trainer. It works the lower body, upper body and increases heart fitness.
Mondays & Wednesdays at 6amActive X Training
A circuit-based class that sees members rotate through a number of exercises. It’s all about bursts of activity followed by short recovery periods.
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6amActive Yoga
A combination of styles concentrating on flexibility. A fantastic way to stretch and strengthen your body, while also clearing your mind of stress.
